At The Zenaturra Company, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and efficiently. This shipping policy details our processing times, delivery options, and associated costs.

1. Order Processing Times
Processing time: Once your order is placed and confirmed, it is processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used. Below is an estimate of delivery times for different regions:

  • France: 3 to 6 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 6 business days
  • International: 8 to 10 business days

Delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays).

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and the selected carrier. They will be displayed during checkout.

  • Standard shipping: Priced at the current rates of our shipping partners on the day of the order.
  • Express shipping: Priced at the current rates of our shipping partners on the day of the order.

Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international deliveries, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Undelivered or lost parcels: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at zenaturra@gmail.com. We will reach out to the carrier to locate your package.
  • Incorrect delivery address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. If an order is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees.

7. Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at zenaturra@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of the damaged package and product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer you a replacement or refund.

8. International Shipments
For international orders, please note that import taxes, customs fees, or other charges may apply. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the total order price. We recommend checking your country's customs regulations before placing an order.
